there is a connection in most places people go to. It is also true that other networks also employs similar people, but I liked the fact that this was a real guy and Verizon actually does do pretty much exactly what you see this guy doing in the ad.
             Furthermore, it is very interesting to note that this ad uses a phrase most cell phone users are familiar with. As stated above in my own personal case, this can cause people to recall the ad when saying those words using their cell phone.
