             Malcolm X was a man who grew up in a time of racial tension and discrimination. Unlike a lot of leaders, he wasn't born in power, he wasn't raised to be someone of power, but because of his will to learn, and educate himself, he gained power like no other. His power wasn't backed by armies and wasn't won by force, it was won
             by sheer determination and simple intelligence. When he was assassinated, a great leader was lost, but there are no states or holidays named after him, all that remains of his legacy are memories of a determined, self-educated hero who paved the way for many

             In Animal Farm by George Orwell, when the thought of Animalism was first introduced, Old Major (the creator of the philosophy) was close to his death. As Old Major suspected, he died a mere 3 days after he spread the idea. The job of taking his

             An example of education brings power is when the pigs began to obtain special treatment. For example, when the pigs got to wake up an hour later, drink a pint of beer and never really had to do manual labor. These special privileges opposed the original
