             Non-profit businesses, both start up and well developed nearly always
             have needs that cannot necessarily be met by existing staff and often those
             needs include writing and research tasks that are crucial to the foundation
             of the organization yet are often either outside the scale of the
             organization's experience or outside the time or budget constraints of the
             staff or volunteers. The types of writing takes that often need address
             are many but include, business plans, meeting minutes logs, grant
             proposals, annual grant use reports, policies and procedures manuals,
             compiling material safety data sheets, and even civic and collaborative use
             The tasks associated with civic minded organizations are often
             challenging to the foundational members of non-profit organizations
             because, to a large degree active members are not paid employees and can
             only offer small blocks of time to complete tasks. This often leaves the
             organization with piecemeal compilations of large written documents that
