             Self-healing is vital to the pathway to rehabilitation. Individual healing
             will allow people to be amenable to the concepts of the other components.
             Community Healing, Victim Empathy and Jobs/Education Prep. Self Healing
             provides for correcting offending behavior, identifying and respecting
             culture, developing self esteem and self respect that will hopefully
             translate to other offenders, and to the community when discharged.
             Programs in this category include: Ending Offending, Murri Chaplaincy,
             Indigenous Sex Offender Treatment Program, Traditional Dancing and Art,
             Cultural Story Telling, Effective and Positive Parenting, Literacy
             A crucial element of this feature requires a wide and significant
             consultation with the community. Programs such as Elders Visits,
             Videoconferencing, Pre Release programs, traditional art and dancing and
             cultural story telling, would develop the prisoners sense of ownership and
             relationship with the community, after extended periods away from their
             community. Recognition of external programs developed for social and
             economic community development should be targeted for prisoner program
             development. Prisoners would be provided with preparation courses to
             encourage their participation into community based initiatives that will
             allow them an opportunity to give something back to the community, when
             discharged. Correctional Facilities are limited in terms of resources to
             actively consult communities on a large scale. Brokering and maintaining a
             partnership and link with relevant community and government agencies
