             mean harbor anyway; here in Southern Maryland, I don't see why we even need
             it. Annapolis is enough city for me.
             Harper's Ferry sits on a promontory where Virginia, West Virginia and
             Maryland meet. It could be considered to be deep into the South's
             territory, but it is also quite close to southern Pennsylvania, and is only
             technically across the Mason-Dixon line. Imaginary as that line is, it did
