             developed certain problems associated to its System Development Life Cycle
             (SDLC) model. An insight on the SDLC model reinstates that though there are
             numerous benefits of SDLC if it is implemented successfully; the usability
             of the system is not optimum and thus ABC Inc., has been trying hard to
             optimize it for valuable proficiency. The paper thereby discusses the
             problems and analyzes the causes and effect of the impropriety caused due
             to multifarious difficulties that the company has been facing in order to
             derive a conclusion wherein strategic changes has been discussed to
             overcome the difficulties in an effortless manner.
             ABC Inc. required assistance in managing a program to implement significant
             enhancements to an international supply chain. When the assignment started,
             project progress was behind schedule and required a revised implementation
             strategy. The retail chains are not able to communicate efficiently and a
             lot of time was spent in taking crucial decisions. The major portion of the
             problem was because there was no Product Development Life Cycle (or SDLC)
             documentation including an overall implementation strategy.
             Discussed herein is the case study of ABC Inc., - A retail division
             functioning on the northern territories of USA to evaluate the concurrent
             SDLC model applied to set up the procedures and policies for existing
             information network for optimal benefit.
