             data, other terminals might wish to implement extra capabilities and
             more sophisticated facility. Here, a telnet negotiation will occur
             wherein a client and server can negotiate by accepting or rejecting
             each other's request. During accepted requests, the request
             immediately takes effect. In a rejected request, on the other hand,
             the standard convention of NVT remains.
             Negotiation accepts four commands (DO, DON'T, WILL, and WON'T).
             Barazovich et. al. list the following explanations of these four
             o WILL - is sent by either party to indicate that
             party's willingness to begin performing the option.
             o DO and DON'T - are the positive and
             negative acknowledgments. DO is sent to request
             that the other party begin performing the option.
             o WILL and WON'T - are the positive
             and negative acknowledgments.
