             somewhere. Negligence of pets arises with their deprivation of sufficient
             food and water and their confinement in extreme weather conditions.
             However there is some delicate and restrained form of abuse that is
             imposed upon the innocent animals beyond the physical cruelty. In addition
             to simply providing food and shelter the animal companions should be
             brought into our lives for the reciprocated benefits of friendship and
             attachment. The responsibility when thought to be confined to the provision
             of food to the animal companion then it is a case of delicate negligence.
             The reasons for our negligence are intensified with our unawareness to the
             negligent behavior till some strenuous act occurs to make them pause and
