And the CEO of a Long Beach, California staffing firm (MDTSC Inc), Ellen Roy, explained that while in 1998, the Web "had absolutely zero impact" on their recruiting, "right now [2000] probably 50% of all the recruiting we do is off the Web."
             A quote from the Hunt-Scanlon Advisors – a company that provides information products and services to the recruiting industry – in the March, 2000 Information Week article noted that "the explosive growth of Internet recruiting during the past three years has dramatically changed the hiring process in many organizations."
