The next step is to determine who has the most education in addition to that experience. Recent education takes precedence over prior education because of the fact that this is an ever evolving field and it is important to recruit people who not only have the most recent knowledge but have a proven desire to continue their education as the field continues to evolve.
             When the top candidates in the above areas have been located then an interview process is set up. At the initial interview the potential candidate is told where the position will be located so that no time is wasted interviewing someone who will refuse to relocate.
