(Ibid) There are factors that contribute to certain attitudes within the culture of an organization which are inclusive of:
(1) Behavioral and Normative factors; and
(2) Environmental Factors as well as others.
It is important according to the work of Maghzi that strategies are developed for bridging the differences that exist. Cited as important within the organization for cultural integration is:
