             Leadership is no longer a sole contribution, but a more of a dynamic relationship based on mutual influence and common purpose between leaders and collaborators and/or public administrators in which both are moved to higher levels of motivation and moral development as they affect real, intended change.              The society has required a more participative leadership at present contrasting the traditional leadership when leaders were expected to rule with iron fists.
