             `Throughout the twentieth century, there were two focal points that theorists based the conceptualizations around (Hinings & Greenwood, 2002). First, is the role and effects that organizations have in society. The second focal point concerns those that control organizations and the dynamics of privilege and power within organizations. However, these issues are no longer central to the study of organization, especially from a business perspective, and Hinings & Greenwood (2002) argue that modern theory needs to direct more attention toward societal consequences of business organizations.
