pirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them" (Acts 2:4, NIV)-that a mediation was formed between man and God, and a direct communication was reestablished. The cycle will complete when Christians have been brought to heaven and they once again are face to face with God.
             From day one of the Christian life, communication is a necessity. Salvation is a process that usually stems from successful communication with a fellow believer; and the possibility of salvation is possible only through communication with Jesus Christ, the savior and mediator between man and God.
             It (salvation) is born of the realization that man is incomplete without divine providence; communication with God is the only means by which that human deficiency can be filled. That communication takes a number of forms, including prayer, study, and meditation, and even experience as understood through a Godly mindset.
             Salvation can only take place when the Holy Spirit convicts a man that there is a significant missing element to life, and that God is that element. This has been known to happen very suddenly and unexpectedly, or very slowly over many decades.
             My own salvation occurred in multiple stages, as this "realization" was taught to me as fact throughout my childhood; later in life, however, I realized that without a personal relationship, the mediation that Christ and the Holy Spirit provided were useless.
