(Mahan-Hays & Aden, 2003, 32) It would seem then that the circumstances within the work demonstrate a valid starting point for research based analysis of the story behind the story.              One article that demonstrates the foundational concepts of crime, as an ongoing theme in Good Will hunting is one written by the social scientist Reppucci as a written guide to a presentation given on the issue of juvenile crime and the ongoing debate about accountability and human development in adolescence. (Reppucci, 1999, p. 307) The concepts within the work argue in favor of continuing to treat juveniles as just that and not to lean in the current direction of letting the crime determine the punishment.
