             Those who are against capital punishment put forth several irrefutable arguments against capital punishment. The most prominent one is the definite reality that guiltless individuals would be put to death and that there are no probable alternatives of reimbursing them for this misconception of justice. There also exists another remarkable hazard at this stage. The individual found guilty of the murder might have really killed the victim and might even admit having performed so; however does not have an understanding that the killing was actually murder.
