This is why it is important to consider the fact that along the history of the US there have been numerous leaders with different volcanic styles as well as ones with rather calm attitudes. Studies and research have pointed out the fact that there can be various theories regarding the aspect of leadership. Thus, it has been considered that people can be leaders under three circumstances. In this sense, there is the Trait Theory which argues that leadership to those persons is a natural inherited characteristic. The second one is the Great Events Theory which point out the importance of important events in transforming an individual into a leader. Finally there is the Transformation Leadership theory which point out the fact that in the end leaders are made, not born (Bass, 1989). From the perspective of these theories, it would be useful to analyze the various political leaders on the current political scene.

His attention is very intense on the importance of leadership in determining the personality of the individual.
