Moreover, entrepreneurs are more complex in personality attributes and skills because they need to play different roles simultaneously (Mattare, 2008). Therefore, entrepreneurial leaders need to develop more specific competencies to be able to successfully create a new venture and lead it to success and development (Bagheri & Pihie, 2011; Gupta, et al., 2004).
             What is meant by 'being' and 'doing'?
             For this essay 'being' will be interpreted as research and theories that focus on the individual as the critical factor. This is generally referred to as "traits theory." 'Doing' relates to the behaviors and actions and are not limited to just an individual but that can be applied to groups, including an entire organization.
