ust have credibility, honesty, and trustworthiness as the core characteristics for success as a leader. Many leaders fail and fall when they vary from the core characteristics. The next set of personality characteristics vary from study to study. This paper will look at two different types of personality test. The test are the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator@ (MBTI@), and the Five-Factor Model (Parker, 2001).
             The MBTI@ was based on a Swiss psychologist, Carl Jung. He believes that all people use four basic mental functions that he labeled Sensing (S), Intuition (N), and Thinking (T).
