mental to the successful planning, promoting, and managing of

resource limits that their lifestyle choices create for them. For example,
students who go to school at night plus work as well understand that the
opportunity cost of going to school is giving up that time for work and
those potential wages earned. The consideration of how much time or how
much money is something inherent to the initial steps of the decision-
making process is with regard nearly any activity selection. Before
entering into the next tier of individual constraints, understanding the
perceptions of how people approach their own daily human challenges of
living is essential. Individuals alike should try to understand how to
negotiate these powerful constraints before entering into the next tier of
constraints that persist (Alexandris, 2002). This level of competency
required to readily negotiate these types of constraints relates generally
to the biggest social challenges that face young adults today. It is so
often cited by young people that the reason they cannot workout as much or
get around to favorite sports or leisure activities is because they have no
free time available. Society has commonly lead people to the perception
that their health is not a high priority often because they have not been
adequately educated otherwise (Casper, Bocarro, Kanters, & Floyd, 2011).
On the other hand, children tend perceive these constraints in a different
fashion. It is a product of their individual personalities, certain
environmental factors, and amount of opportunities.
