re reading and diversity. I love learning languages and about new cultures. Although I had an idea of what I needed to do to become successful in school, I did not do anything to work on being successful until I started working on goals in my classes. And that's when I finally learned that the exercise was a way to help me to become a more effective student in my classes and reach my set goals. I had begun to work hard on improving my weaknesses, and with hard work, my success has shown, so now that I am at the end of the term and I have seen a dramatic turn in my grades in all my classes I can say with confidence that I will succeed in completing my degree. As I continue through school, I will always refer back to the discovery wheel to continue to remind myself that I managed to turn the focus on goals and weak areas. I've improved my strongest areas by hard work and determination and as long as I do not go back down that road of what my weak abilities are I will be successful for the duration of my education.
