He cried when talking about the final dissolution of the relationship - she will not see him at all and since early September, has not allowed her to see their sons. Sometime was devoted to discussing previous and pending losses. He talked about his reactions when his mother died. Mr. M. is bothered by the fact that he is the only one of his siblings who is not the member of an intact family and/or marriage. Most have become parents of families almost as large as their family of origin.
             5. Past Psychiatric and Medical History
             Mr. M. has had no previous documented psychiatric history. He had not had a physical examination when we began our sessions. He did obtain a full physical exam about half way through our sessions and was given a clean bill of health.
