Jane had her work cut out for her. She did notice, however, that the employees on the third floor were good people.
             After about five weeks, Mary Jane's boss asked to have a meeting with her regarding the status of improvements on the third floor. Mary Jane was a little annoyed as she had only started working there five weeks earlier. During the meeting Mary Jane's boss, Bill, informed her that he had been to a meeting with the higher ups and the third floor was singled out as being a "toxic energy dump" and informed Mary Jane that the problems on the third floor needed to be fixed immediately.
             When the meeting concluded, Mary Jane headed to lunch a bit angered. Instead of walking to the water front to have her lunch, she head in a different direction which lead her to an area of the city that housed a lot of specialty markets. While walking, Mary Jane noticed a huge crow of people at one particular market. There was a lot of commotion, laughing and yelling. She walked up and saw fish flying, worker's yelling out orders, and very well dressed business men and women holding up yogurt cups on cue. It was the world famous Pike Place Fish Market. One worker asked Mary Jane what was wrong.
             Mary Jane thought to herself, "I am not going to tell a total stranger what kind of day I am having" but she did anyway. She told the worker, Lonnie, about her toxic energy dump on the third floor and how she was in charge of fixing it. Much to Mary Jane's surprise Lonnie was very attentively listening to her go on and on about her problems with the third floor. Lonnie then asked her what she thought about the market. Mary Jane told him she loved the energy of the workers. Lonnie told her that the market at one time was a toxic energy dump. He continued to tell her that one day the workers all agreed that something had to be done. No one liked working in the "dump" so they came up with a plan. ...
