Success is a very broad term. The definition of success varies from person to person. For some it is money; for others, it might be job; for some it could be family; for others it might be achieving academic goals; and the list would go on. And to be successful in any of the above, people requires some qualities to be successful. In my opinion to be successful, the following three qualities are the most important: strong determination, self discipline, and love or interest for the subject matter.
             Strong determination is one of the best qualities which help people succeed. A strong determined person always works towards achieving his goals. He clearly knows his strengths and limitations. He has good problem solving capacity. He uses his strength to overcome the obstacles in his path. He can overcomes his failures by learning mistakes from it, unlike getting depressed and stopping to work towards his goal. For example, there is a businessman who now owns a best restaurant in Mumbai, metropolitan city of India. He came to Mumbai with a pair of cloths and little savings. He had no place or any relatives to give him any support. He found that the food business was the only business which required the least investment. So he started with a small shop. He started his business by selling some Indian chat, sandwiches and different types of dips. Initially it was very difficult for him to sustain in business. But slowly and steadily his shop became very famous. He started investing his profit in his business. With one strong goal to be successful he worked 24 hours a day. His each thought was related to achieving his goal. Within two years he owned a big restaurant. And in next few years it became one of the best restaurants in the city. Indeed, his strong determination for achieving his goals made him successful businessman.
