             After analyzing our church organization the firm brought us sent us two organizational charts one of current procedures and another of proposed procedures. The first organizational chart indicates several problems. First the Pastor is the head of too many facets of the church business and day-to-day activities with no checks and balances. The Pastor has free reign to do anything that he desires and no one can change it. The accountability is set up for the Pastor and not to the church's advantage. See Figure 1 below:
