We are decided to start up a shoe production company that named "SPEED UP limited company". The capital we have is RM50, 000.00. So we are decided to build up at private limited company. We don choose partnership because we want the risk to be minimized. All of this is being done after we do many researches from web and government department.
             Before starting, we are made a lot of planning to set goal to make sure all is on schedule so we will not confuse when having problem. Then we are learning about coaching and mentoring our employee because employee is who make profit to our company.
             By the way, we may face some problem in the way of the business. The most affected environment is the material which is the direct impact to our business. Our business all is depending on the quality of material. Beside that, material also includes land and water and power electricity supply. Then from the 5 external environments, the minor impact is the economic impact because every one need shoe even the economic down turn or we can say it is human needs.
             At the same time, we may have many competitions at the future. So we are decided to keep creating more products that more innovative and creative to attract more consumers.
             We are chosen private limited business entity because we are decided to develop the company at the future by the guarantee of the risk.
             Our product now is in the introduction state, the entire sales are at the lower sales then we are costing high cost to our product. This is to make sure that we can decrease the price at the next state at the same time to create product awareness in group of consumers. We are keeping advertising to let all people know about our product. We are not making more profit at this time.
