             Human traffickers, most of them local Bosnians, need harbour little fear of criminal prosecution or punishment for their crimes - trafficking laws go largely un-enforced, providing no protection for the victims of these serious human rights abuses and no punishments for the perpetrators of these crimes.
             The governments of both Bosnian entities, the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina and Republika Srpska seem unperturbed by the fact that the many operations being conducted by various organisations to end these activities are being hindered by their own country's police force.
