e team are conflict resolution, roles and responsibilities, meeting process, and progress evaluation. If these items are not outlined at the beginning a team may experience confusion and conflicts. The most common conflict that arises in a team is when members don't pull their own weight. (University of Phoenix, 2003) Discussing issues like this at the beginning a team can decide the consequence of the particular action and thus minimizing conflicts. Another conflict that might arise is too many team members trying to dominate. This can be avoided by assigning each individual roles and responsibilities. In today's fast paced society everyone is busy and has little time. Therefore, it is imperative that a meeting process be implemented. Every team needs to progress or they will not be any good. Progress evaluations need to be designated to avoid individuals from slacking and not completing assigned tasks.
             A downside to teams that needs to be considered is the required efforts to maintain one. As in any relationship, time is required in order to keep the relationship working at the same level. Not only that, but also more time is frequently required when a relationship is new and needing to develop in order to become productive or worthwhile.
