The IT project's overall description is briefly concerning with upgrading old hardwares and softwares form small to big businesses in Perth or any where in Western Australia. Buying the hardwares and softwares will be according to the customer's business needs, and we would be expected to supply, install, and test the machines.
             The project's goals embraces on:
             • 1Achieving steadily rising profits through all economic cycles;
             • Conscientiously responding to customers needs at all levels;
             • 2Continuously increasing wealth for it's shareholders by strongly fostering capital growth of the group's investment;
             • Accepting that open two-way communication is essential;
             • Working as a team to produce a high quality level of product and services;
             • 3Working to remove barriers to performance.
             The project's time limits varies from small to big businesses, including the complexity of the installation. But a time limit constraint will need to be placed from 5 working days to 1 working month, (depending on the project).
             Recommendation on Recruitment & Staff Amount
             My initial plan on staffing concludes that I would need two permanent employees, which I refer to them as Staff, two to four other contract workers, which I refer to them as Contract, a supplier and a Project Manger which I refer to as the Employer. The two permanent employees would take on the role in assisting me with Finance, Planning, Recruitment, Pricing and other booking requirements. This will speed up time and possible save money too. The other two to four, (depending on the installation project), contractors will take on the role of installing the computers, software and other technical operations.
