I believe life is a learning experience and we all have certain personal strengths and weaknesses. Knowing what I am good at and what I am weak at can help me become a better person.  By observing a variety of clues relating to my appearance, vocabulary, body language, occupation, education, and personal interests, I discovered that I need to be more effective in the way I communicate not only verbally but I also need to pay closer attention to my body language.
            
 	First of all I want to mention that communication is an integral part of all aspects of my life.  However since I am Latin and my  first language is Spanish I find verbal communication to be much more difficult at times.  I find that I have  difficulty expressing myself due to my limited vocabulary.   This is one of my biggest weaknesses.  During every day communication, however, face to face interaction is the form of communication I perform best since I can communicate not only verbally but with body language as well.  I consider verbal communication to be most effective when people are willing to listen, work together and share information in order to do what it takes to do a job done. 
            
 	I find that being able to speak fluent Spanish is a valuable strength that I am able to utilize on a daily basis when communicating with co-workers and guests.  I feel that this will also be of great value after I have achieved my degree and begin my career.  I have found that many people visiting from various other countries including South America as well as Europe speak Spanish most often better than they speak English.  Because I speak Spanish, I am able to extend the value of customer service our hotel has to offer. 
            
 	A huge part of my daily communications comes from my body language.  I don't feel that I concentrate enough on my facial expressions.  I may not always provide the smile necessary when greeting guests.  Other times if I am having a
