             Many managers are struggling with the idea of outsourcing jobs to foreign countries. This is due to the fact that some are in jeopardy of losing their own jobs. Many of them are stressed with the idea of firing their own employees when they know that they will need to train the necessary skills to new employees. They also feel guilty that many of their friends and co-workers will have been left without a job. Managers must learn how to put their feelings aside and adapt to a new culture and teach the foreign workers the ways that Americans performed the jobs. They must learn how to cope with the many cultural, political, economical, and social barriers that outsourcing has created.
