speech on speechs

Today I have chosen to give a speech on speeches my theory behind this is that while writing my speech I am therefore hopefully improving my speech giving techniques thus resulting in me giving an fantastic grade A speech, just for clarity that's a grade A! Mr. Baker.
Studies have shown that people are more afraid of public speaking than they are afraid of flying, snakes or ghosts. What can you do to make yourself one of the elite of the world who will get up in front of any group and speak without having a panic attack that may require hospitalisation?
Well there's very little you can do, but what there are are hundreds of little tips ranging from practicing in front of the mirror to picturing your audience naked, IV chosen not to disclose which one I am doing. These tips apparently make u look like you are part of this elite group when actually you are shitting bricks.
Number 1. Rid your self of your distracting mannerisms. This includes, lip biting, frowning, playing with hair clothes and in some cases body parts. When you are doing any of the above or the many other I haven't named it distracts the audience and completely take away from what you are saying.
             2. Be yourself and be interested in what you are saying, because it comes across. If I stand here and have to tell you about medieval cooking methods I'm going to be bored, you are going to be bored and it's just a complete waste of time. Believe what you are saying, be interested.
Number 3. Prepare, prepare oh have mentioned u have to prepare, there's no point in writing this fantastic if you have to read it word for word of the page and you lose your place and don't know what's coming next. Know your speech even if you did get it off speeches.com at least read over it and practise it, but Mr. Baker will no doubt still know especially when it's on the German economy and you use words you can't even pronounce.
