Stress

Have you ever wanted to just hide in a corner or go psycho from stress? Well many American's including myself has felt this way one time or another. Stress has wide ranges from a teenager having problems with parents or an adult in work situations. Noticing stress is usually easy to notice from constant headaches or migraines and could be a state of depression. Nobody enjoys stress and most of the time fails to know how to resolve it.
The biggest situation of stress I feel is in the college level. Many struggle to understand certain concepts in classes and stress over takes them. Procrastinator's seem to be the worst with stress because waiting to the last minute you have to cram information and that can become overwhelming. After someone notices their stress they should try and resolve it from further problems. Making a schedule for homework or planning a better routine can be of the greatest of help. Take a break once and a while and treat yourself to something like some food or a drink. Even getting a massage can soothe the body and help with stress. It always seems the longer you deal with stress the worse it gets and soon to overtake you. Don't let stress alter your judgment and make life miserable because bad mistakes are a result.
So look around and see how many people you notice that are under stress. If you noticed someone else with significant stress then make their day and do something nice for them. Also notice your actions because you could be causing someone else stress. Trying to make a stress free environment is a happier environment.
