This and very possibly the fact that he had been a coal miner must have contributed to his lung cancer and various chronic airway limitations.
             With all the scenarios, the underlying point being highlighted: surplus, sanitation, nutrition, vaccination – all these and other things I take for granted, countless worldwide are lacking. Appreciating that all these features can affect one's wellbeing is essential in good doctoring.
