d many complaints regarding our annual performance reviews. Upon reviewing these documents, many errors have been detected. In one example, the employee's name was misspelled. It is important that managers take pride in the work they do. By misspelling the name of the employee that they are reviewing, the message that the manager is sending out is that they simply do not care about that person. When composing such important documents, we must be professional, clear, and concise at all times.
             With these situations occurring internally, imagine what types of correspondence sent out to our clients. I certainly do not want to wait until a situation occurs and results in a loss of business and a bad business reputation. A company is only as good as its employees.
