Q1) What presentations partner should Carlsberg choose and why?
             Both of the presentations companies have their pros and cons. ST Studios has the benefit of being small and flexible compared to DeeGraphics who is a multinational corporation and probably have much more resources than ST Studios. However, the big corporate size of DeeGraphics might create difficulties in having a close cooperation with people from Carlsberg. While in ST Studios it will be easier for Carlsberg to have an opinion, in contrast to DeeGraphics who probably will have difficulties with getting away from routines the upper management have fixed. Both of the companies have good knowledge about the area Carlsberg want to tour in, but ST Studios has more knowledge about Carlsberg. The information they got about Carlsberg after several previous tour together are making them able to make the presentation with knowing what have failed and what have been successful for Carlsberg in past. It is also a fact that it might not be a good idea to use to much technological gadgets in the Thailand tour. However, it might also turn out to be a good thing to use 3D animations to differ a little from the competitors in Thailand, and impress the target consumers. DeeGraphics has the possibility to get help from their mother company, Kreate, for doing more advanced technological work. However, that might be a complex situation and Carlsberg would be better off just have to do with one supplier. Even if Carlsberg does not need the technology right now, they might need it in another project. Then it would also be a bad idea to switch partner again. One other positive element with ST Studios is that they create music in their own studio. This gives Carlsberg the opportunity to save royalty money and to get original music that will just be linked to the Carlsberg brand.
