Memory

             So here I am, December 27th 2001, at a car dealership in Garden Grove, sitting in a fresh 95 Honda civic EX, no scratches, no ding's, only perfection. I feel like a little kid in a candy store. I can still feel the jitter bugs of excitement as I look around in side this glorious automobile. The first thing I noticed was that it had a sunroof, yay! I was in a trance, looking at the heavenly sky through it, as if it were a flat screen TV on the ceiling of the car. It seemed as if I was looking threw a window to heaven; if I were to sit there for more than five minutes, I would have deeply fallen asleep. I will never forget feeling like there is nothing else in the world that mattered, but this black hunk of metal on wheels. Oh man; for my last Christmas present, I was about to receive the best gift in the whole wide world, my first car.
             Wow, as I looked around inside of the car, everything was perfect, this car could not be in better shape. It seemed as if it was 1995 and this sexy beast was just released out on the streets. I could almost do my hair; looking at the dashboard it was so greased up with armoral. I see the words chick magnet, written all over the civic, even imagining my self cruising down the street; with women throwing them selves at me. Now I know this is a tad bit far fetched, but hey, I actually thought this ok. Now here I am with that look on my face like look-at-me-Mr.-Big-Baller. At this point I don't even know if I am going to get a car yet, but I hoped that my persistence would win my dad into purchasing a car for me.
             Looking at the outside of the car I can see the reflection of every single thing around me; man is it beautiful. As my dad lifted the hood to see the engine, my mouth dropped to the floor; V-tec! This car is exactly what I was looking for.
