The Body - Prison or Temple?

The body I have been given is my vehicle, my cage, my post, my mansion, my temple, my bunker. It is a marvelous, complex machine, but it can only do so much to heal injuries and wounds. If we slice a nerve or a tendon our body will never again work quite as well as before. We have no idea how incredibly complex our body is. Medical science has figured out how to coax cells and systems one way or the other to avert disease, but healers and hospitals are still very much about just giving a body a rest, stopping the intake of poisons, and letting nature do the work of healing it does so well. One of my favorite pastimes is watching people in a public place. It has been said that you can tell what's inside a person, what they're like, by how they move. I like to admire them all, big, small, short, tall, any color
