On September 11, 2001 the most tragic day in American history dawned upon the world. A single jet-liner careened into each of the World Trade Center's twin towers. The towers stood strong, billowing smoke out of the gaping holes left by the planes. After an hour the first of the massive buildings crumbled to the ground, followed 38 minutes later by the second tower. According to the Associated Press the fallout of this incident was 3711 dead, billions of dollars in damage, and the most enraged nation, that was out for nothing less than blood. After mulling over the culprits the American government had set its crosshairs on a man that's been on the FBI's most wanted list for a long time.
             Osama Bin Laden was the son of a Yemenis businessman who built his own construction company. This company was used primarily by the Saudi royal family, the House of al-Saud, for government projects. These projects earned Muhammad Bin Laden billons of dollars and the respect of the royal family. Of course when Muhammad died Osama, as one of Muhammad's 50 children, got a small chunk of Muhammad's wealth, totaling somewhere near $250 Million, and the respect of the Saudi royal family (Johnson).
             In 1979 Osama was pulled away from his education at King Abdul Aziz University in Jedda to fight the Soviet invasion of a Muslim country, Afghanistan. Fighting in this war brought Osama fame throughout the Muslim population. During the Mujahideen war Osama moved from Saudi Arabia to Afghanistan and set up an organization to recruit Muslim soldiers to fight the invasion of the "infidels", a term he would later use to describe the nations of the West as well. One of Osama's greatest allies in the Mujahideen war was the nation that trained him and all the other Muslim "freedom fighters", the United States of America.
