             Interpersonal Psychology; " Is defined as the study of basic principles as they relate to Personal and Professional development. It emphasizes ones personality traits, communication and leadership styles, ability to solve problems, taking also into account cultural diversity as they apply to personal and work environment " If the human race was able too have identical events and similar worldviews a standard could easily be established and then measured.
