             This 38-year-old female mother of four that is married is a stay-at-home mom that has a height of 5'6" and a weight of 135. For her height, she is at a good weight. She smokes two packs of cigarettes a day, which is really bad for her health and her kid's health. Her cholesterol is 198 that could be lower since 200 is the max she should get down to at least 170. Her blood pressure is 128/90, this is ok but she should also have it lower. It would be good for her. She has a family history of hypertension and low HDL
             cholesterol. Both of her parents are alive but her father had a heart attack at age 55. And her brother has type 1 diabetes. According to the cholesterol and blood pressure recommendations for general health and wellness, she would fall into the unhealthy category.
             The diastolic of her blood pressure puts her in stage 1 hypertension. Being that her blood pressure is high and that she has a family history of heart attacks she needs to get her blood pressure down since she has such a high risk for heart attacks. Since she has four kids, her life can be very stressful with running the kids from different activities, keeping the house clean and preparing dinner, and whatever else. Any of these things can cause stress and add to her risk of heart disease. Being that she smokes so much that is also a huge risk factor for heart disease. It is the only one she can control so she needs to quit smoking.
             This person needs to be concerned with her overall health. Smoking and having a family history of heart attacks and diabetes make her have a much higher risk for having coronary risk factors. An exercise program that would be good for her is something that is moderate, not anything high intensity. The warm-up and cool-down sessions should be gradual and last for at least 10 minutes.
