oetus isn't a baby and it doesn't matter if they kill it before this time. If the babies heart is beating and the baby is forming then I think it should count as being alive so people shouldn't be allowed to take the babies life. No-one knows exactly when a foetus should be looked on as a life and because of this I think it should be looked at as a life from the moment the mother knows she is pregnant. Because of this uncertainty we should act on the side of caution.
