             The right kind of food is more essential than lots of it for building a strong body and mind. Every act we do from moving a finger to playing a football game needs energy. Many people think that eating to be full is enough to have it. In fact, we need a specific amount of calories to supply us with it and good quality to build healthy bodies. However, lots of unhealthy aliment will increase the percentage of being infected with diseases.
             The human body requires variety types of nourishment mainly they are minerals, vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates and fats. The mixture of these materials is the energy that we most need to live and to get it we have to get a good quantity of mixed food. This amount is measured in units called "Calories". It's the amount of heat needed to raise the temperature of one kilogram of water. The necessity of it depends on how much we use of energy and how active we are. For instance, an active teenager needs more calories than an adult who works in an office.
             The normal good shape of a human body is 175 ± 25 cm height and 80 ± 20 kg weight. Eating more than required to meet the needs costs fats will store them as fat and cause increment in the weight which is not good. Excess calories are dangerous in a long term period. Nevertheless, some people enjoy eating a lot of beef and chicken almost in every meal, even though, fats have been linked to heart disease. Also, they increase cholesterol.
             Moreover, the quality of fuel we put into our bodies is very important for the makeup of our bodies. Rather, Good nutrition builds and regenerates the cells and tissues which build our physical shapes. Also, it protects our bodies from maladies and danger. For example, people who live in rural areas have good health because all their food is natural and fresh.
             In conclusion, the relationship between our bodies and food is complex because we cannot survive without eating and drinking.
