First JOb

             Like many other teens, my first job was a low paying job at $6 an hour. Being a teen, $6 an hour wasn't bad to start out with, so I didn't mind it. I was 15 years old when I started working at Jeepers. Jeepers were a fake version of Chuck N Chesses, with Jeepers having rides. I didn't know the whole making hours and payroll thing. But as long as I was making more than $100 a week, I was ok. Getting older, I realized the importance of a good high paying job.
             My overall impression of Jeepers was that it was fun and exciting; on top of that, my best friends worked there. Jeepers were always filled with loud kids. I would always work on the weekends, so I wouldn't know how it was during the week. At times the kids and parents would get annoying. My first year working there, I was a food runner. So my job responsibilities were calling out order numbers on the intercom, serving customers their food and drinks, and keeping everything stocked. After doing that for a year, I got bored and wanted to do something new, so I became a ride operator, which was even more boring and annoying. At least in the diner, I was always active. Kids would be loud and anxious to get on the rides. At times, kids would cut inline, which started even more problems. Sometimes when I tried and wanted a break, I wouldn't get it for the simple fact that it was to busy. Even worse, I couldn't leave my station to ask for a break. At this point, I realized I was doing too much for just $6 an hour, and the manager was asking for too much for me to do. For too little pay, the manager was putting of responsibilities on my shoulder.
             After two months of being a ride operator, I switched my position to a cook. Thinking it was going to b easy and stress free I was wrong.
