This is a picture of my brother Eric and his G.A.N.G (God's Anointed Now Generation). Eric is twenty-four years old and he is the youth leader of his church Victory Outreach. My brother is the man on the right side holding the microphone and wearing a white

             It was the summer of 2002, it was a great day. The sun was out but there were no complaints, the weather was overall great; it was not too hot and not too cold it was just right. The picture was taken in the middle of a scene on the stage in a Christian drama. The picture was taken at Park Haven apartments located in San Ysidro.
             It was a busy day not only for regular working people but for my brother and his friends from church. The day was planned out from start to finish. My brother and his friends had been working for almost a month, planning and setting up the event for that day. My brother had spent the previous month passing out flyers inviting everyone to the event. When the day had arrived they had a full audience waiting patiently for them to start. First there were the introductions outlining the day. Then they had a few people briefly testify what God had done in their lives and what God was still doing in their lives, this part was very moving for me. As soon as the last person had spoken my brother Eric came on to the stage and announced "I would like to thank everyone for taking the time to come and join us." "Now for the part you have all been waiting for, the drama." My brother exited the stage and headed towards the back to get ready for his part. The theme of the drama was drugs and violence lead to bad consequences and the only way out is through Jesus.
             Every time I sit and study the picture I get chills that run down my spine, just thinking about what an impact, that one day made to two of my closest friends. The intensity and reality of that drama really changed both of my f...
