Flying without Wings

             We all love to hear a good word about ourselves but after praising their peers our friends go on the self-pity trip or do the "I-CAN'T-DO-IT "act. Though most try to keep their spirits up, they still argue or whine. "NO WAY ", "I AM USELESS", "I CAN'T FACE PEOPLE". Gosh! It is so hard to have people around who are so negatively inclined or who just cannot appreciate themselves and their uniqueness. No one is perfect. Those affected by the so called "charm and grace' of the models on the idiot box and the glossy magazines keep finding faults with themselves. Why should people compare themselves with others and then develop an inferiority complex? One ahs to learn to live with differences amongst ourselves. It is all around you. God has gifted each one of us with some flair or the other. In addition, those of you who think they do not have any talent think again. People in this world are unique in their opinions and their thoughts and that is what makes us Homo sapiens so individualistic. It is never too late to look inside and nurture your talents. Take time to pull yourself away from all the noise and just look around you. Be thankful for what you have and what you are. Life can be compared to long train journey. Your compartment may be full of people with different opinions and varying shades of thought. You have a lot to learn from each one of them. Use these lessons to help you make your decisions in life. The journey may of course be tiring but do not give up, do not get down at any station... Once you have a reached true destination, you know you have achieved the impossible.
