He uses newspaper clips, solid research, names and more names of people who were involved, from Gov. Jeb Bush, to the lady who designed the voting machines who switched parties twice before the election, to expert opinions from people inside Washington, Congressmen and otherwise. He documents information very carefully and closely. At the end of all the good information, he will throw in something out of his own head. In this case, Moore refers to the Supreme Court Justices as "George Bush's buddies", which is probably true. He then shows the minority Congressmen and women trying to petition the court and failing to have the proper support, another documented occasion. The beauty of Michael Moore's writing and film-making is if you want access to the sources you got it. If you don't believe something he says, look for the source in his work. His books are flooded with 50-60 pages of sources and when he thinks you might say "No, way this guy is crazy," he gives you the page number of where the listing of the source is listed. If Moore isn 't credible, how come he hasn 't been sued for libel or slander one time? His facts are backed up by solid evidence and the movie shows that. The documentation in this film was everything I expected it would be. Moore had access to the Bush national guard records and found his friend James Bath's history with the Bin Laden family. That type of information needs to be known and Michael Moore seems to be the only one sharing.
