             As time passed and the White race moved into the late 1960s, many of these conservative views slowly started to disappear. The culture moved into more of a liberal state of mind, leaving religion and conservative views behind. With the introduction of drugs and the "hippie" culture, and all that came with it, we see the population change their views into a more relaxed, and more free from religious regard. With this liberal view of sexuality, people began to push the boundaries of sex farther and farther leading the American white nation into many different social and individual beliefs. Even looking back into the early 1990s to where we are today, we see the dramatic changes. When we look at film we begin to see the push for just a little more nudity and sexual contact. When examining music we hear words describing sexual activity, once again pushing the bar further. According to Dr. Susan McCammon, in Making Choices in Sexuality, "The amount of white Americans having more than two sexual partners increased dramatically, from 1994 to 2000." (17) After this close examination of the American white culture we are able to observe that a change has been made from a very conservative standpoint to a more liberal view with a few marks of memory for the old views of sex within the culture.
             Second, we will dive into the Asian culture. This culture's views of sexuality and sexual activity is very unfamiliar to me although, after reading chapters from Paul Goldin's "The Culture of Sex in Ancient China" I began to better understand their views and activity.
