             The government has been criticised for not creating a more respectable way of appointing judges. There have been two ideal solutions suggested; the first is that a broad-based, non-biased judicial commission makes appointments to the Supreme Court. Appointments to this commission would have to be supported be three-quarters of parliamentarians.
