             Having in mind that promotion has to do with all those activities that need to be taken in order to persuade target customers to buy the product that we sell we have to create an overall plan in order of succeeding.
             Knowing how many different brands of potato crisps are in the market we should give the consumers a great value for their money. Of course this isn't enough. In order to get them taste our product we should firstly attract their attention. One of the best was of achieving this is by advertising.
             One of the purposes of advertising is to stimulate demand for our product. A major way of advertising that may stimulate demand is to create a brand franchise for our product. Advertising our brand name in the best way possible can create a state of acceptance between the consumers. A good way to attract the publics attention is to associate our brand name "DELICIOUS" with desirable imagery to make it seem equally desirable. This can be achieved through commercials especially on TV and flyers. The image of an attractive woman eating our crisps and the use of words with desired associations like "uhmm it tastes so good!!!" can easily influence the publics opinion in a positive way. A good advertisement like the one I mentioned before could become so prevalent in people's mind that it can be used to describe the whole category of potato crisps.
             In order to better convince the public to buy our crisps we can use a technique which can be seen very often and that is repetition. Many people will not buy our product until they have heard about it seven or more times. The more they hear about it the more they will believe. Of course we should never end up being tiring.
